The purpose of this educational activity is to provide the most current information related to the Community Access to Child Health (CATCH) Program and create a forum for discussion. Attendees will be informed on the latest updates with CATCH initiatives,  share success stories and identify barriers to change. Through a combination of lectures, panel discussions and case presentations, participants will be better equipped to increase the quality of care for patients they serve and their families.

At the conclusion of this activity, learners should be able to:

  • Access, support, and lead community-based initiatives that increase children’s access to optimal health or well-being.
  • Implement new strategies and apply new information to reduce or eliminate current issues presented in practice.
  • Recognize the importance and benefits of collaboration among medical professions and the community to advance the health of all children
