The purpose of this educational activity is to provide the most current information related the Community Access to Child Health (CATCH) Program and create a forum for discussion. Attendees will be informed on latest updates with CATCH initiatives, share success stories and identify barriers to change. Through a combination of lectures, panel discussions and case presentations, participants will be better equipped to increase quality of care for patients they serve and their families.
