Overall Conference Evaluation & Claim for Credit
SCAAP 2025 Annual Meeting
Thank you for participating in SCAAP's 2025 Annual Meeting.
Please complete this overall conference evaluation. If you wish to claim credit, you will have that opportunity at the end of the overall conference evaluation. Claim credit for SCAAP's Annual Meeting and MOC (if chosen) using this evaluation.
For the optimal experience, we recommend you complete this course on a desktop or laptop computer.
When you have completed the evaluation, you'll be able to generate and download your CE Certificate. You will also receive a copy of your certificate by email at the address you used to register for the meeting.
INSTRUCTIONS
- The name on your certificate will be the same as the name listed on your transcript page. If you'd like it to be different, you may change your name or credentials on your profile page by clicking the GREEN "Edit Profile" page. If they are not already listed, you should add your credentials (MD, DO, etc.) to the last name field.
- Complete the 2025 Overall Evaluation and Claim for Credit (Listed below in the Course Content box.)
- After you click SUBMIT, PLEASE WAIT FOR THE SYSTEM TO CALCULATE ALL OF YOUR CREDITS AND REDIRECT YOU TO THE CERTIFICATE DOWNLOAD PAGE.
- IF YOU ARE CLAIMING MOC Credit, you will be redirected to a 12-question quiz, which you must pass to earn MOC credit. There you will be able to download your certificate. A copy of your certificate also will be emailed to you. If you exit before being redirected, your credits will not be generated.
- When complete, please go to the Transcript page and print a copy of your transcript for your records. They may be required when you report your credits.
