IMPORTANT – SCAAP Meeting Update
Attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors:
We have been very closely monitoring the weather situation and the SCAAP Executive Committee has been in close communication with the hotel and Lutine. In prioritizing safety, we are making the following changes/provisions:

Thursday's board meeting will be virtual only (starting 5:00 pm), and we will ask committees to connect at another time.

We will delay the start time for Friday's session (10 am registration opens, 11:30 am sponsored luncheon open to all attendees, 12:30 pm CME begins, 5pmCME ends)

There will be a (newly added) reception with our vendors from 5:00-6:30 pmbefore the Friday cookout

If you need to make changes in your arrival date/time, please connect with the hotel Royal Sonesta directly at (843) 842-2400. The hotel has committed to waiving the 5-day cancellation/adjustment penalty but you MUST call directly (not the 1-800 number). The hotel will NOT AUTOMATICALLY change/cancel your reservation unless you call.
*All other programming for Sat/Sun is unchanged. We are looking forward to connecting and learning! If there are further questions pls feel free to reach out to president@scaap.org.
